Tommy Fibich
Tommy Fibich received his BBA from the University of Texas in 1970 and his law degree from the University of Houston in 1974. While at Houston, Mr. Fibich was honored to be a member of the Order of the Barons, the most prestigious honorary legal scholastic society at the university. As a board certified member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Mr. Fibich speaks around the country on his experience litigating cases as diverse as psychiatric hospital abuse and defective drug issues. As an attorney on the cusp of the latest legal movements, Mr. Fibich was proud to act as counsel on the first class action suit against Fen/Phen in the United States. Hartley Hampton
Hartely Hampton was honored with a B.A. and a J.D. from the University of Houston in 1972 and 1977, respectively, and was a past president of the American Board of Trial Advocates Houston Chapter, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Houston Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Hampton is also board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law, is a Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a Fellow of the Houston Bar Foundation, and a Sustaining Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

W. Michael Leebron, II
W. Michael Leebron, II graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1967 and received his law degree from Baylor University in 1971. Over the past 27 years Mr. Leebron has dedicated his legal practice to handling workers' compensation and personal injury cases, and his expertise is reflected by the fact that he has been called upon to serve as an expert witness in numerous cases that require insight into workers' compensation. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Sara J. Fendia
Sara J. Fendia graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in 1985 and a J.D. in 1989. While attending the university she was a member of the Order of the Coif honorary scholastic society as well as the international legal fraternity Phi Delta Phi. She is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Russell S. Briggs
After graduating from Southwestern University with a bachelor's degree in Political Science in 1982, Russell S. Briggs moved on to the South Texas College of Law for his J.D. in 1985. He has been a Board Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer since 1990, and founded the Briggs Law Firm in 1996 to represent victims of personal injury due to vehicle accidents. He continues his quest for excellence at Fibich, Hampton, & Leebron, where he litigates premises liability, product liability, automobile accidents, and medical malpractice cases.

Erin K. Corley
Erin K. Corley graduated cum laude from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Radio-Television Communications in 1997, and received her law degree from the South Texas College of Law in 2000. She clerked at Gulf Coast Legal Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping underprivileged people settle family law cases. Erin tried her first case while she was still a third year law student and clerk for Fibich, Hampton, & Leebron, and is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Houston Young Lawyers Association.

Michael Josephson
Michael Josephson is a cum laude graduate of the University of Houston where he received his B.A. in 1997 before moving on to the South Texas College of Law to earn his J.D. in 2000. Mr. Josephson has extensive experience representing victims of toxic torts, personal injury, unpaid overtime, and unfair insurance practices, and his commercial litigation practice oversees cases such as fraud, deceptive trade practices, breach of contract, Fair Labor Standards Act issues, and unpaid overtime compensation. He is currently a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Houston Bar Association.
